Crocker Man injured in crash while trying to outrun Miller County Sheriff’s Officers

A Crocker man was injured in an accident on Madden Ford Road west of Highway 17. The Highway Patrol reports51 year old David Cook of Crocker was being pursued by Miller County Sheriff’s officers, when his 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser, traveling too fast for conditions, ran off the left side of the road and struck a tree. David Cook was taken to Lake Regional Hospital with minor injuries.
