Covid and the start of school. Laclede County Health Department watching closely.

With the beginning of school just a few days away, are area school districts prepared to deal with cases of COVID-19 in the classroom? Laclede County Health Department Administrator, Charla Baker, says they are definitely concerned about it. Baker says they are seeing increased reports of children contracting and spreading the virus………..

Most area school districts begin classes on Monday, August 24th. Baker says the health department will be closely monitoring the situation in each county school district and will be there to provide their support when a situation develops.
