A Phelps County couple has been charged with child enticement after they used an online forum to encourage a law enforcement officer, masquerading as a juvenile under the age of 15, to join in on their relationship and have sexual relations with them. 29-year-old Alex Jackson and 22-year-old Allysa Jackson were charged with child enticement following an investigation by the South-Central Missouri Computer Crimes Task Force. According to the charging document, on Jan. 27 “a plan was devised” that the juvenile would miss school on Jan. 28, so they could meet and possibly have sexual relations. Both Allysa and Alexander were charged with child enticement and are being held on a $25,000 surety bond each.
