Cornbeef and Cabbage

The Laclede Literacy Council is bringing back a popular fundraiser after a 3-year hiatus. Proceeds from the “Cornbeef and Cabbage” dinner fundraiser will benefit the staff that teaches adults life skills and prepares them for the HiSat test. Carol Barsby is the Director of the Literacy Council and provides the details of the event.

Cornbeef and Cabbage takes place on March 17th.
