The Camden County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident that happened last week at the County Commissioner’s office. According to preliminary reports, 1st District Commissioner James Gohagan was accosted by several Camden County maintenance workers when he entered the office on Thursday. The Commissioner reported to local media outlets that he was verbally attacked by the men, as he entered the building and when he got his phone out, he was injured as they were attempting to take it away from him. Commissioner Gohagan reported the incident to the Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office reports that no other information will be released until their investigation is complete.
