Command Sergeant Major James Breckinridge relinquished his role as the top enlisted leader
(Fort Leonard Wood)–The U-S Army Maneuver Support Center of Excellence and Fort Leonard Wood held a change-of-responsibility ceremony Thursday in which Command Sergeant Major James Breckinridge relinquished his role as the top enlisted leader on post to Command Sergeant Major Randolph Delapena. Breckinridge will move on to take on the role of command sergeant major of the U-S Army Criminal Investigation Command and U. S. Army Corrections Command at Marine Corps Base at Quantico, Virginia. Breckinridge called it “my honor and pleasure” to have served alongside the service members, civilians, and their families at Fort Leonard Wood. He added that Delapena has a great assignment ahead of him. The new Command Sergeant Major, Randolph Delapena, called service members “our national treasures” in his first speech as the new top enlisted leader on the post.
