Comedies and multiple musicals will headline the upcoming season at Missouri S-and-T’s Leach Theatre in Rolla. First up is “Give ‘Em Hell, Harry,” featuring Clifton Truman Daniel, the grandson of President Truman. Daniel performs a faithful and often humorous portrayal of the former president’s life and presidency. The performance date for “Give ‘Em Hell, Harry” will be November 13th. “Christmas in Killarney,” An Irish Christmas Celebration, will be performed on December 8th. “Hamlet’s Big Adventure” is a fictional comedy prequel to “Hamlet” in which nothing is rotten in the state of Denmark. It will be presented on January 23rd. “The Rodney Marsalis Philadelphia Big Brass,” America’s Premier Large Brass Ensemble, will be performing on February 11th. After touring six years on Broadway, “Beautiful, the Carol King Musical” will take to the Leach Theatre stage on February 15th. The musical features many songs written by Carol King and others, including “I Feel the Earth Move,” “One Fine Day,” “You Make Me Feel Like A Natural Woman,” “You’ve Got a Friend,” and “The Locomotion.” “The Drifter and the Platters” will be performing on April 29th.
