Cold and Flu Season is Here

The cold and flu season is upon us. When you feel sick what do you grab? Maybe it is a nice herbal tea or some oyster crackers. The age-old saying is chicken noodle soup usually can make the body feel better. Chicken noodle soup is a light food, and light food is usually better for us when we feel ill. Dietitian with Mercy Health Susan Wright says that chicken noodle soup does help our bodies when we feel ill.
