When heavy rain falls, the storm water runoff can cause flooding over city streets and damage to private and public property. Recently the City of Lebanon entered into a contract for survey and design engineering for two areas that are impacted by stormwater runoff. According to Public Works Director Richard Shockley the projects are on Mount Rose and Bland Road…
It’s estimated that overall the 2 projects will cost more than $2-million and about 79 percent of the cost will be covered by ARPA grant funds. Shockley said that once the engineering and design of the projects is complete they will begin the construction process, which must be complete by the end of 2025.
