(Richland)–While Crocker and Dixon will have their hometown holiday celebrations next weekend, the City of Richland will be celebrating holiday events and a parade this Saturday.
Richland Parks and Recreation is inviting the public to bring their families to enjoy Shady Dell Ole Time Christmas from 4:30 to 6:30 p-m in the Community Building and Amphitheatre in Shady Dell Park. There will be free packaged treats for the kids during the evening, free pictures with Santa, horseless carriage rides, Christmas music, and the official tree lighting ceremony at 6:30 p-m. City Clerk Susan Alexander says there are big changes in the time and route direction for the annual Christmas Parade this year.

Saturday morning and early afternoon will be reserved for the Richland Holiday Bazaar from 10 a-m to 2 p-m in Richland City Hall. There are still some openings for vendors to sign up for booths to display crafts for sale. Call 573-765-4421. The vendor fee is $10.
