City of Lebanon reports damage in several areas including the airport

When severe storms with high wind swept through Lebanon, many businesses and homes received damage, power poles were busted, with hundreds of homes and businesses without power. Mayor Jared Carr reports that there was significant damage on the south side of town, including at the Floyd W Jones Airport..

 

Damage is also reported at Lebanon businesses. Randy Rowe with the Office of Emergency Management provides this update….

Laclede Electric is reporting that members can expect the power outage to last 24 to 48 hours in some cases. Residents are reminded to not drive into areas where damage has occurred. At this time, no injuries have been reported.
