City invests more than $600,000 in housing infrastructure

The City of Lebanon is continuing a program designed to help address the housing shortage. City Administrator Mike Schumacher tells Regional Radio News that reduced fees for infrastructure is fueling development

Schumacher said there are about 6 developers on the list who have put down a deposit to start the process which includes engineering on infrastructure which must be approved by the city. He said the idea is to have quality, affordable workforce housing available in Lebanon.
