City Council Working To Make New Housing Available
The City of Lebanon may be another step closer to having additional new housing available following a vote by Lebanon City Council on Monday night. Council was asked to approve the replat of 1160 Brice., 1035 Wood Street, 401 Taylor, and 847 4th Street. Code Administrator Joe Berkich explained that some of the developers will build workforce housing.
Council approved the requests for the replats, and they approved the Plat of Legacy Trails Phase 1 Subdivision. In other business, Council approved Leo Morgan Fencing for construction of the perimeter fence at the wastewater treatment plant at a cost of $70,894. City Council also approved a Staffing Agreement between the City and Penmac to utilize Recruitment and Vacancy Fulfillment Services related to seasonal positions.
