Lebanon City Council will hold a second reading on rezoning 1033 and 1043 New Buffalo Road from RS 1 to RS 2 residential during their meeting tonight(12/11) at 6pm. Other items on the agenda includes the purchase of materials from Willard Quarries and an agreement with Willard Asphalt for the purchase and installation of asphalt for calendar year 2024. Council will also consider the purchase of concrete from Lebanon Ready Mix. A renewal agreement with Olsson and with Toth and Associates is also on the agenda, along with an agreement with Q90 Corporation for data migration from incode, and agreement with Guaranteed Roofing for a roof replacement on the Wallace Building. They will consider real estate contracts with Cackle Hatchery, South West Roofing Properties, and JTW Incorporated. Council will consider adoption of Council Goals for 2024 and they will consider the first reading amending City Code related to purchasing. Lebanon City Council will meet tonight(mon) at 6pm at City Hall at 401 South Jefferson.
