City agreement offers savings for residents

Lebanon City Council considered an agreement with Republic Services for trash services during the Monday night meeting. After publishing and RFP, the city received bids from two vendors, WCA and Republic Services. After reviewing the bids it was determined that Republic Services offered the city the best deal. The RFP also included a request for a price quote for residential services. Republic Services quote was approximately $4 less.

The Households who want to use Republic Service must sign up with the company.  According to the agreement with the city, the cart delivery fee will be waived.
