Citizens continue to see results from survey

Over the past few years, the City of Lebanon has been guided by a customer satisfaction survey to make improvements to traffic flow, code enforcement and public safety. In addition, the City has installed several security cameras in parks, and there is an increased police presence at the parks in Lebanon. In order to find out how they are doing and any other concerns that citizens might have, the City of Lebanon is mailing out a new customer satisfaction survey tomorrow (fri). The new survey will be coming from E.T.C. and will include a self-addressed stamped envelope to send back the survey. The Citizen Satisfaction Survey will also be available on the City of Lebanon Website.
