Citizen Satisfaction Survey is coming to you

The City of Lebanon has announced that the 2020 citizen satisfaction survey will soon be going out. ETC Institute conducted the initial scientific customer satisfaction survey in 2018 to allow residents the opportunity to evaluate basic city services and help the city council prioritize goals for the following two years. According to Lebanon City Administrator Mike Schumacher, the 2018 survey indicated that our customers wanted an additional focus on traffic flow, property nuisance issues, and maintenance of city streets and buildings.

Now another survey is going out to citizens of Lebanon, and the results will be combined with a business owners survey…

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and includes an enclosed postage-paid envelope. If you prefer to complete the survey online, the web address will be provided with your paper survey. Any information that could be used to identify individual survey responses will remain confidential.
