Citizen of the Year Award

The Waynesville – St. Robert Area Chamber of Commerce has announced two people for the Citizen of the Year Award. The nominees for the 2021 Citizen of the Year are Larry Sexton nominated by the Committee of Fifty and Sean Wilson nominated by Greater Faith Victory Church. This award is intended to recognize individuals not for a particular year of service, but rather to recognize a person who has performed outstanding and dedicated service to the community and helped others over time in the Waynesville-St. Robert area.

The annual Citizen of the Year Award will be presented during the Community Leadership Award Banquet, on Friday, February 11th. In addition to the Citizen of the Year Award, the Chamber will present awards for Charitable Business of the Year, Educator of the Year, and other Community awards. Tickets are required to attend and are available through the Waynesville St Robert Area Chamber of Commerce until January 31st.
