Christmas With A Deputy in Miller County

Last Saturday, The Miller County Sheriff’s Office held its Christmas with a Deputy event. Students chosen from local schools got an opportunity to shop with deputies from Miller County at Target and were treated to a pizza party afterward. Captain Hamon of The Miller County Police Department said it was fun for both the young and the young at heart.

Captian Hamon also stressed the importance of the impact that events like these make on the kids.

The Miller County Sheriff’s Department wants to thank Target, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the Missouri Department of Conservation, Missouri State Parks, and the Mid-MO Drug Task Force for their participation in the event.
