Chief Justice Speaks to State Bar Association

According to Missouri Supreme Court Chief Justice Paul C Wilson, the state’s court system has some catching up to do.
In an annual speech to the State Bar, he says there is a backlog because of COVID-19.

 

 

Wilson told Missouri lawyers that there are problems worse than COVID to deal with; one of those is the credibility and trust in the profession:

Wilson, in the annual address, said the judicial system needs more access — and the legal profession needs more diversity.
