Chickens, Pickleball and Insurance

Lebanon City Council will begin this evening with a work session at 6p.m. On the agenda are presentations for future action including No Chance Gaming, Dangerous Buildings, and a Building Code Update. At 6:30 City Council will begin the regular session to include the second reading of a bill to approve rezoning at 250 Harwood and 2804 Morgan Road. Council will also consider an agreement with Ollis and Company as the Insurance Broker of record for Property and Casualty Insurance. Council will also consider removing a 2007 International Altec Bucket Truck from surplus and returning it to service, and declaring a 2002 GMC Bucket Truck as surplus. Council will consider an agreement with Automated Control Solutions and Ace Pipe Cleaning for the Environmental Department, and they will consider the purchase of water materials from Butler Supply and Core and Main. Lebanon City Council will consider an agreement with Leo Morgan Fencing, for the purchase and installation of fencing for a Pickleball Court at Wallace Park. Council will consider the first reading of a bill amending City Code related to Chickens in the city limits. Following the adjournment, the new City Council will perform the Oath of Office, and elect a Mayor ProTem. Lebanon City Council will vote to go into closed session to discuss personnel and Negotiated Contracts. Council will meet at Lebanon City Hall.
