Charges of unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree

40-year-old Erik Ray Thorsen of St. Robert has been arraigned in Pulaski County Circuit Court in Waynesville on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree. Thorsen entered not guilty pleas to all three charges and Judge Michael Headrick scheduled Thorsen’s case for a counsel status hearing and preliminary hearing before Judge Colin Long on January 11th.
