Charges of unlawful use of a weapon and harassment for a Richland Man

A Richland Area Man was arraigned in court in Pulaski County on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and harassment. 28-year-old Anthony James Debar is accused of exhibiting, in the presence of one or more persons, a black gun in an angry or threatening manner, threatening a man and his family, causing them emotional distress. Judge Colin Long set Anthony Debar’s bond at $50,000 and ordered him to have no contact with the victims and have GPS monitoring. His Bond Review hearing is set for April 23rd.
