Charges filed in Texas County murder
Authorities in Texas County are investigating a stabbing death that occurred early Wednesday morning. 30-year-old Billy Hayes, Junior was found dead with numerous stab wounds at a friend’s house in the 300 block of Broadway Street in Houston. Adam Tyler Reams is charged with murder, abandonment of a corpse, and armed criminal action, and is being held without bond. This is believed to be the first homicide in Houston in 23 years.
