Charges Filed Against Two Hartville Residents

A traffic stop on March 19 on Highway 38 in Hartville has led to felony charges against two Hartville residents. A Wright County deputy sent out a K9 that allegedly alerted the presence of illegal narcotics in the suspect’s vehicle. A Probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted and several baggies were located inside the vehicle testing positive as methamphetamine along with 20- thousand dollars. 38-year-old Hartville resident Jamie Henningsen and 57-year-old Hartville resident George Oldham failed to comply with the deputies, and Henningsen allegedly injured a deputy during the stop. Henningsen was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, assault in the 3rd-degree special victim, and resisting an arrest. She is being held in the Wright County Jail with a 25- thousand cash-only bond. Oldham was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest. He is also being held in the Wright County Jail with a 25-thousand dollar cash-only bond.
