Charges Filed After Three Injured In Camden County UTV Accident

A UTV crash in Camden County Saturday night injured three individuals from Lees Summit. The crash occurred at 6:55 p.m. on Bollinger Creek Road, just north of Mimosa Beach Drive, as the UTV veered off the right side of the road, overcorrected, and overturned, causing all three passengers to be ejected. 20-year-old Landon Diebold was transported to University Hospital via MU Air, 21-year-old Christopher Alverson was taken to Lake Regional by ambulance, and 21-year-old Colby Donahoe was privately taken to Lake Regional for treatment. The driver, 21-year-old Roman Ramos, did not report any injuries and is facing three charges of Driving while intoxicated, resulting in physical injury, unlawfully operating a UTV on a highway, and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Camden County Jail.
