Charges file from February 19 traffic stop

A traffic stop on February 19th, at on Jefferson Avenue, has led to felony charges against a woman from Lebanon. The Deputy reported that during the stop, he ran a records check and it came back that the driver and passenger had a history of possession of a controlled substance. During a search of the vehicle, the passenger was sitting on the ground with her purse. After locating a “water bong”, that tested positive for methamphetamine and a hydrocodone pill inside the vehicle, the deputy then searched the womans purse and located used hypodermic syringes and a spoon that tested positive for methamphetamine. Today( 3/20), 37 year old Michelle Marie Henderson is charged with 2 counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession of a controlled substance, with a court date scheduled for April 22nd, in Laclede County.
