Camden County Deputies responded to a report of a burglary in progress on February 26th and arrested two men. According to the report filed with Camden County Courts, a deputy responded to High Brothers Lumber where a key holder said he could see two men in the fenced portion of the lumber yard tampering with vehicles. When checking the property deputies found gas cans, two bags that contained catalytic converters, and a reciprocating saw in the tree line. Also located on the property was a battery used to power portable electric tools and blades for a reciprocating saw. They also located a car in a nearby parking lot and after obtaining a search warrant, seized tools that are commonly associated with burglary. The investigation led to the arrest of 30-year-old John Edward Lawrence the Second of Lebanon, and 31-year-old Chad Thomas Brown of Camdenton. Both men are charged with felony stealing.
