Cases in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court of Waynesville

48-year-old Gregory M. Weed of the Dixon area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court of Waynesville on two counts of tampering with a motor vehicle and one count of removing or defacing the manufacturer’s numbers. Court documents allege that on August 13th of last year, Weed knowingly and without the consent of the owner possessed a 2016 Ford F-150 and on September 2nd of last year, he knowingly and without the consent of the owner possessed a 2006 Ford F-150.
And court documents allege that on January 28th of this year, Weed defaced the manufacturer’s VIN number on a Ford F-150. Weed entered not-guilty pleas to all three charges. Judge Colin Long scheduled the case for a February 21st counsel status hearing and a February 27th preliminary hearing.

 

24-year-old Allison Bell-Sewell of the Plato area has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Court documents allege that Bell-Sewell on December 5th of last year knowingly possessed methamphetamine. She entered a not-guilty plea. Judge Colin Long scheduled Bell-Sewell’s case for a February 14th counsel status hearing and a February 27th preliminary hearing.
