Campgrounds open in Bennett Spring Country

While some campgrounds may remain closed until mid-May, some privately owned campgrounds around Bennett Spring are opening and taking reservations. Jack Glendenning said they experienced a number of cancellations, in March and April, which hit them hard financially, but he expects Sand Spring Resort and Riverfront Campground to fill up quickly for the next few months….

Campgrounds inside Bennett Spring State Park won’t be open until mid-May.  Glendenning reminds everyone to continue to follow distancing guidelines, for their own health, while enjoying everything that Bennett Spring Country has to offer.
