A Camden County man who refused to return his daughter’s property has been charged with stealing. The Camden County Sheriff’s Office reported that on January 31st, they were contacted by a woman who claimed that Richard Pace Rusan had changed the locks on her apartment, and refused to let her back in. She also claimed that Rusan was refusing to give back her personal belongings, which were valued at around $7-thousand-dollars. When officers called Rusan he allegedly said, that he was not returning the property. He also reportedly said that if she arrived at the apartment, he would be waiting on the couch with a 9 millimeter. On August 6th, the victim reported that many of the stolen items had been sold. Rusan is charged with stealing and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
