Camdenton Man Charged with Multiple Felonies

A Camdenton man is being charged with multiple felonies. On Sunday afternoon deputies responded to the area of South Highway 7 in Camdenton for a report of a domestic disturbance. When deputies got to the scene they talked to several witnesses that stated that they saw a pickup truck colliding with a Honda Pilot causing the Honda to crash into a ditch. Deputies contacted the driver of the Pilot in which she said the family member identified as 26 – year – old Justin Marshall of Camdenton assaulted her at their home before chasing them to the location on South highway 7. The driver claimed Marshall struck her vehicle countless of times during the chase. Medical Personnel said the driver of the Honda had minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital for evaluation. There were also two minor children in the car at the time of the chase, and they were left in the care of family members. Marshall fled from the scene on foot prior to the law enforcement showing up. At approximately 3:30 pm Sunday Marshall turned himself in to the Camden County Adult Detention Center and was charged with two counts of 1st degree domestic assault and two counts of 1st degree endangering the welfare of a child. Marshall is being held without bond.
