Camdenton closes pool due to potential exposure

The City of Camdenton has announced that the Aquatic Facility will be closed until further notice. According to the City of Camdenton they were recently notified that one of the lifeguards has been exposed to COVID-19. At this time, the City is not aware of any close contact with citizens at the pool.
The employee worked at the City pool on July 2, 3, and 4, and is being tested, and until the results of the test come back, the Camdenton Aquatic Center will remain closed. The City will perform an additional deep cleaning prior to re-opening.
