Camdenton Changes Parking hours on the Square

The Camdenton Board of Aldermen recently voted on a change to hours for parking on the Square. Previously parking on the Square was prohibited between 3am and 6am, but City Administrator Jeff Hooker said that was causing issues especially in the winter months…
He said all of the businesses on the Camdenton Square are closed well before midnight. Hooker said until people get used to the change Police Officers will be notifying the vehicle owner that they need to move, but if it becomes a consistent problem, parking tickets will be issued.
