Camden County Shooting arrest

A shooting on Thursday morning led to the arrest of a Sunrise Beach man. The Camden County sheriff’s office arrived at the 500 block of Nuttall Oak Road at 1:50 pm after hearing reports of a shooting. Once deputies discovered the victim had already been transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, they began gathering information about the suspect, 36-year-old Corbin Everitt.

With the help of the Missouri Highway Patrol, and the Sunrise Beach Police Department, Everitt was found this morning hiding in the office of a local beauty salon. Everitt was arrested and booked into the Camden County jail. Everitt is charged with the Felony Assault, and Armed Criminal Action. He is being held without bond.
