Four Seasons Shooting Suspect Taken Into Custody

The Camden County Sheriff’s Office has located the suspect in last nights Four Seasons shooting and he is in custody. While searching the Horeshoe Bend area Camden County Sheriffi’s deputies received a call from a citizen which described a black Chevrolet Tahoe parked at a residents house on Thrush Road. That 2005 Tahoe belonged to James C. Mark who was sitting next to his vehicle and was immediatly taken into custody. Mark is at the Camden County Adult Detention Facilliy and is being held while the investigtion continues.

The Camden County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the suspect in a shooting that happened on Monday night. Deputies responded to the call about a shooting at an apartment complex on Scarsdale Circle in the Village of Four Seasons. At the scene the found a man with a gunshot wound to his chest, and he was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Witnesses described the shooter as a white male with a mustache and wearing a gray sweatshirt. They also reported that the man had ran into the woodline, and is believed to be armed with a handgun. While they were investigating at the crime scene, 9-1-1 received a call about an attempted auto theft at a nearby residence, and the suspect matched the description of the alleged shooter, possibly 31 year old James C. Mark of Lake Ozark and Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Mark is considered armed and dangerous and may be driving a black 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe with Oklahoma license LDV 623, but authorities say it is also possible he may have stolen another vehicle. If you see the suspect do not approach him and call Law Enforcement.
