Camden Co Shooting

The Camden County Sheriff’s Office is looking for information that might lead them to a shooting suspect from Friday night. Investigators responded to Lake Regional Hospital on Friday night when they received a report of a gunshot victim who was seeking treatment. According to information from the Sheriff’s Office, an SUV was traveling on Y Road between Osage Beach and Linn Creek, when a bullet struck a woman who was a passenger in the vehicle, in the chest. The woman was seriously injured and was airlifted to a hospital in Columbia. The Sheriff’s Office has very little information about the shooting and is seeking information from the public which might help. The shooting happened at around 11 pm Friday.
