California Man Killed While Walking On I-44 In Laclede County

An 80-year-old California man was killed Sunday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 44 at the 118 mile marker westbound in Laclede County. Ronald Nelson walked onto the interstate and was hit by an S.U.V. driven by 32-year-old Stormi L Carter of Huntsville Arkansas. Nelson was pronounced deceased at 6:25 last night following the 5:30 incident.
