Tomorrow (Tuesday) The Osage Beach Library will be hosting a suicide prevention training course regarding firearm safety. Conversations on Access to Lethal Means, or C.A.L.M, teaches people how to start conversations to help prevent suicide. Kurt Dudenhoeffer from the Safer Homes Collaborative explains how starting the conversation can help prevent suicide.

Dudenhoeffer also explained the Safer Home’s Collaborative’s mission.

C.A.L.M will be held Tuesday, from 2 PM to 3 PM at Osage Beach Library. If you or a loved one is struggling with suicide, the National Suicide Prevention Hotline number is 1-800-273-8255.
