Burglary and assault charges filed after break in at Osage Beach residence

Camden County Deputies responded to a call just before 1am on Tuesday to the 16-hundred block of Sanabell Lane in Osage Beach for an intruder. At the scene the woman of the house told officers that she was in bed with her 7 year old daughter, when she heard someone break into her home. She said the suspect, identified as Bobby Dean Cole forced him way into her bedroom, ripped the blankets off her, and grabbed her by the arms, slammed her into a window and grabbed her by the throat. She said he left when she told him she was going to call 9-1-1, but then returned and began fighting with her child’s father. Cole is charged with burglary, domestic assault, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, and property damage. He is being held in the Camden County Jail without bond.
