A Buffalo woman is facing charges after allegedly threatening another person with a gun. According to documents filed with the court, Deputies responded to the call on New Hope Road on June 26th, when they received a call from a man who said he went to the residence to pick up a car, and Wendy Wiggins came out of the house with a rifle and pointed it at him.
During their investigation deputies recovered the loaded gun, and determined that Wiggins was a convicted felon, and was not allowed to have a gun. Wiggins is charged with unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm. Her bond was set at $40-thousand-dollars.
