Buffalo receives new tool for traffic enforcement

The City of Buffalo Police Department recently received a $10-thousand-dollar grant to help with speed enforcement. Police Chief Chris Twitchel tells Regional Radio News the grant allowed them to purchase new radar equipment for their officers…

Chief Twitchel said that the grant allowed them to go from one partially working radar for the entire Police Department, to installing one in all of their patrol cars. The grant was a 100 percent grant which means no additional cost to the City of Buffalo.
