A Buffalo man was bound over to Dallas County Circuit Court this week on weapons charges. Dominic Jaramillo is accused of pointing a shotgun at his roommate and his girlfriend telling them to leave the residence on East Missouri Street, or he would shoot them, during an incident on October 15th. According to the victims, Jaramillo kicked open the bedroom door and pointed the gun at them. During a search of the residence, police located a loaded shotgun in the water heater closet. Jaramillo, who is a convicted felon, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon and unlawful possession of a firearm.
