All parties involved had taken precautionary measures to ensure safety. It was later discovered that Moore was lying to deputies and, in fact, had not been tested for covid-19 and showed no symptoms of the virus during the screening process. Moore was arrested and charged with second degree terroristic threat and is being held in isolation at the Dallas County jail.
