Late last week, officers with the Buffalo Police Department were dispatched to the area of South Locust and West Dallas Street for a call of shots fired from a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers identified a suspect vehicle as a similar vehicle that had been involved in a prior incident of the same type in the county. Upon further investigation, officers identified a male suspect that had fired at an individual in the county a few hours prior. The male was subsequently located and arrested. He was placed on 24-hour hold for both incidents. 24-year-old, Joseph Britton, of Buffalo has since been charged with Felony Unlawful Use Of A Weapon. He was given a surety bond of 250-thousand dollars. The investigation continues into both incidents, and more charges are expected.
