Bridge Replacement

There will be a major bridge replacement taking place in Bennett Spring. The Missouri Department of Transportation is going to be replacing the old Missouri Route 64 Bridge over the Niangua River in Dallas County. MoDOT Transportation Manager Bud Sherman says that this bridge has been around for a long time, and it needs replacing.
Sherman says traffic should be minimal.
Sherman lets us know some facts about the old bridge and the new bridge.
Bids will be up in the fall of 2025, and Sherman says the project should be finished in November of 2026.
