Breast Cancer Fund Raiser a Success

A weekend scavenger hunt to benefit the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks raised around $25,000. The event called “Hunt for a Cause” was organized in part by Lebanon resident Courtney Elder, a breast cancer survivor; she says the money will be used to help fund a free screening mammogram event at Mercy Hospital in Lebanon on May 6th and 7th. The Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks will pay for screening mammograms of women with little or no insurance.
