Bradford preliminary hearing set

The preliminary hearing has been set for a Waynesville man who is accused of shooting a man near the Oasis Truck Stop in November. The investigation started when Dylan Payton was dropped off at the truck stop with a gunshot wound. When the shooter fired the weapon, the bullet traveled through his hand and entered his chest, stopping just under the skin. Emanuel Dashawn Bradford was later arrested, and charged with first-degree assault, unlawful use of a weapon, and unlawful possession of a firearm. Bradford is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing on February 22nd, in Pulaski County.
