A 32-year-old Osage Beach man is facing charges after he was caught in his underwear and destroying property with a fire extinguisher. Camden County Deputies responded to a call about a disturbance on Antique Road on Wednesday. The first report was that a man was smashing windows out of a residence. As officers were leaving the scene they were notified that a man was damaging vehicles in the same area. At the second call, deputies found 32-year-old Mark Stripling in his underwear, under the influence of a controlled substance and hallucinating. They reported that he was using a fire extinguisher to damage property. Authorities believe that Stripling is responsible for property damages of vehicles, docks, and residences in the same area. Stripling is charged with two counts of Property Damage, with additional charges pending.
