A motion to revoke the bond of a Lebanon woman was heard yesterday in Laclede County Associate Circuit Court. 49-year old Carla Jean Rhoads was arrested on September 14 after officers served a search warrant on Driftwood Drive in Lebanon.

During that search, an excess of 60 grams of methamphetamine was found. Rhoads, along with 51-year old Jason Dean Kuhn of Lebanon, were both arrested at the scene and taken to the Laclede County Jail. Both were charged with Delivery Of Controlled Substance and both posted a $50,000 bond.

The street value of the methamphetamine was approximately 6-thousand dollars. Driftwood is located close to Esther Elementary School in Lebanon, which could result in additional charges.

Rhoads was found Tuesday in possession of a Controlled Substance, which led to her bond being revoked. Rhoads, next court appearance is scheduled for October 5.  Kuhn remains free on a $50,000 bond.
